## Description

Realistic Meat Dryer is a mod designed to improve the survival experience in Sons of the Forest, making the meat drying process much more realistic and in line with the game's environmental conditions. Instead of constant drying independent of the weather, this mod adjusts the drying speed based on the season and ambient temperature, adding an extra level of challenge and immersion for the player.

 During spring and summer, when the weather is warm and favorable, meat dries quickly, allowing food to be processed more efficiently and with less risk of spoilage. In contrast, in autumn and winter, the process slows down due to low temperatures and adverse weather conditions. This more accurately reflects how cold and humidity affect natural drying in real life.

 An important detail is that the increased drying speed is only activated if the player places a campfire directly under the drying rack. This mechanic is key to achieving good results, especially during winter. Without a nearby heat source, the meat barely dries, simulating a cold environment where natural drying becomes ineffective.

 This forces the player to plan better: strategically building campfires, managing timing according to the seasons, and choosing when and where to dry meat. Rather than relying on a simplified system, players must adapt to the surrounding conditions and take advantage of what each season offers to ensure their survival.
