How do I install RedCensor?

Install RedLoader (RedManager can do it for you), download RedCensor 1.0.1 from this page and put it in the _RedLoader/Mods folder inside your game directory. Launch the game and press F1 to confirm it loaded.

What does RedCensor need?

Only Sons of the Forest on Steam and RedLoader. It has no other dependencies.

Does RedCensor work on the current game patch?

There are no compatibility reports yet. If you try it, add a field report.

Red Censor

A mod to censor various parts of the game.
Currently it can do the following:

Cover up nipples with custom images
Disable blood splashes
Disable blood textures
Disable dismemberment
Disable various gore objects around the world (currently very limited)
Stop enemies from exploding
Stop the worm (John2) from spawning.
Disable spiders (crawling under rocks and on webs)

You can configure some parts of the nipple censoring by pressing Shift + [Configured key] in-game. Pressing [Configured key] allows you to toggle the nipple censoring.

If you want to change the censoring image put a cenor.png or censor.jpg in the steamapps\common\Sons Of The Forest\Mods\RedCensor folder.
