Install RedLoader (RedManager can do it for you), download Restore Debug Commands 1.2.0 from this page and put it in the _RedLoader/Mods folder inside your game directory. Launch the game and press F1 to confirm it loaded.

would be nice if commands like togglestructureresistancedebug or any other REAL DEBUG commands would be restored.. as the name of the title says............................
