How do I install quicksave?

Install RedLoader (RedManager can do it for you), download quicksave 1.1.0 from this page and put it in the _RedLoader/Mods folder inside your game directory. Launch the game and press F1 to confirm it loaded.

What does quicksave need?

Only Sons of the Forest on Steam and RedLoader. It has no other dependencies.

Does quicksave work on the current game patch?

There are no compatibility reports yet. If you try it, add a field report.

As title says, lets you save by pressing a choosen keybind (default F5). I feel this is more an QoL update, than anything else. You already could save literally anywhere by carrying a tarp + stick, so this just ommits that minor inconvinience pretty much.

----Unecessary details-----
Quicksave save folder is 1111111111, from my testing it had to be 10 digits, and all 0's didn't work, so I just decided to spam 1's instead and it worked, that's why it's all 1's (that, and it's easy to see).

doesn't work for multiplayer, i played as a guest and it would say "saving" but when I crashed I spawned back at the tarp area instead
